Tashafy is a platform for booking and requesting healthcare services related to psychological treatment and rehabilitation, provided by various specialized centers and entities worldwide that have agreements with Tashafy. This includes their licensed agents, franchisees, or other centers in cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other regions where Tashafy offers its services (collectively referred to as "Centers" or "Service Providers").
Tashafy is not a healthcare center, nor a provider of treatment or rehabilitation services. It does not intervene in any way in treatment procedures, the provision of related services, or your treatment journey. The Centers independently list their services on the Platform without any interference from Tashafy.
The Centers are obligated to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and standards governing their services. However, Tashafy does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for the services provided by the Centers or their legal compliance. Tashafy does not ensure that the Centers adhere to all relevant regulations, nor does it guarantee the quality or effectiveness of the services they offer. This includes, but is not limited to, treatment and rehabilitation services, accommodation, living arrangements, and transportation provided by the Centers or third parties.
For clarification, Tashafy does not independently verify and is not responsible for any claims made by the Centers regarding their services. This includes, but is not limited to, descriptions, disclosures, or images displayed on the Platform by the Centers. Tashafy does not guarantee that these representations accurately reflect the actual services provided by the Centers or third parties.
Furthermore, Tashafy is not a travel agency or public transportation company. However, the Platform may facilitate bookings for certain transportation, travel, and vehicle rental services through a network of independent service providers. Tashafy has agreements with these providers, requiring them to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including but not limited to transportation laws, official transport safety regulations, and insurance requirements.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that these independent service providers are solely responsible for the services they provide to you, including any subcontractors they engage. You also acknowledge that Tashafy bears no liability for any acts, omissions, errors, or misrepresentations made by these providers.

You are permitted to create and own only one account on the Platform (the "Account") for your personal use. By using the Platform and its services, you acknowledge that you have the legal and regulatory capacity to enter into binding obligations with Tashafy, and you agree to the following:
(a) Provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself.
(b) Maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and update it promptly as needed.
The Platform may allow you to access services without creating an account or logging in. In such cases, Tashafy may generate an account for you based on the information provided during a financial transaction (e.g., payment details, name, phone number, email, and other available information).
If you are considered a minor in your jurisdiction (typically under 18 years old), you must obtain permission from your parent, guardian, or legal custodian to use the Platform and must be under their direct supervision while doing so. Your parent, guardian, or custodian must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions before allowing you to use the Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with these terms on its behalf.
If you provide any incorrect, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information—including, but not limited to, an invalid or expired payment method— Tashafy reserves the right to:
Restrict or terminate your access to the Platform and/or services (or any part thereof).
Cancel these Terms & Conditions.
If your account is canceled for any reason, you may lose:
Any pending, current, or future balances.
Active reservations.
Any privileges, promotional offers, or other non-refundable values linked to your account.
Tashafy shall bear no responsibility or liability for such losses, including any obligation to provide prior notice of account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, including your password. This responsibility extends to passwords for linked social media accounts or third-party login credentials. You are also accountable for all activities, transactions, and actions conducted through or related to your account.
(a) Notify Tashafy immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account, or any known or suspected security breach, including but not limited to the loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information.
(b) Log out of your account at the end of each session.
Tashafy is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from your failure to comply with (a) and/or (b) or for any actions or omissions by you or any person using your account and/or password.

Furthermore, Tashafy makes no representations or warranties regarding the use of the Platform or the outcomes of its use in terms of accuracy, reliability, timeliness, completeness, or relevance. This includes, but is not limited to:
The quality of services provided by the Centers.
The effectiveness of services in treating your condition.
The competence of service providers’ personnel.
The accuracy of appointment schedules booked through the Platform.
You are solely responsible for protecting your devices and bear all costs associated with any necessary services, repairs, or corrections resulting from your use of the Platform, services, materials, or any other content available on it. Tashafy assumes no liability for these costs.
Additionally, Tashafy is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:
Internet or electronic communication issues.
Delays or failures in service delivery.
Any damages resulting from such issues.
Tashafy relies on Centers and third-party service providers to provide accurate information about services, accommodations, transportation, and other relevant matters. However, Tashafy does not guarantee that the information displayed on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. This includes, but is not limited to:
Service listings.
Health and treatment-related information.
Treatment plans.
Images and service quality descriptions.
Pricing and operating hours.
Reviews and ratings.
All such information is provided for informational purposes only, and you assume full responsibility for relying on any information displayed on the Platform.

Loss of use or any other economic advantage
Such damages may arise from warranty, contract, negligence, tort liability, or any other legal action in connection with or related to the Platform, services provided on or through the Platform, or services offered by Tashafy —even if Tashafy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Tashafy bears no liability for any damages or viruses that may affect your computer or other property as a result of:
Accessing, using, browsing, or downloading any materials from the Platform.
Furthermore, Tashafy is not responsible or liable in any way for any information, content, products, services, or materials available on or through the Platform, including:
Third-party websites or pages linked to this Platform.
Any errors, defamation, abuse, obscenity, pornography, vulgarity, threats, or inaccuracies found in such content.
Any harm to individuals or property resulting from such content.

Tashafy may, at its sole discretion, issue rewards or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Tashafy will process payments through your chosen payment method, and you authorize Tashafy to charge the applicable amounts to the payment method you specify at the time of purchase. In certain cases, particularly when using a credit card, Tashafy may request a pre-authorization on your card before the purchase to verify its validity and available balance.
Tashafy reserves the right to set, modify, remove, or review prices, fees, taxes, and additional charges related to any services or products obtained through the Platform at any time. Additionally, Tashafy may consolidate or incorporate certain fees and/or additional charges into the prices listed by service providers (Centers).
In some payment transactions, the estimated subtotal displayed at checkout may differ from the final amount due, either increasing or decreasing. Regardless of the reason, Tashafy reserves the right to collect the final price after payment, including, but not limited to, all applicable transaction-related taxes.
Tashafy, at its sole discretion, may offer privileges or promotional deals with different features and pricing, whether for specific users or all users. Unless explicitly offered to you, such privileges or promotions will not affect your payment obligations in any way.

The Platform and its Materials are protected by copyright, trademarks, trade dress, domain names, patents, trade secrets, international treaties, intellectual property laws, and other proprietary rights in Saudi Arabia and other countries.
Unless otherwise stated on the Platform, and subject to the intellectual property rights of other companies that may be displayed on the Platform, all intellectual property rights—including trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress, and trade names—are the exclusive property of Tashafy.
Accordingly, you are not permitted to download any content from the Platform, including the Materials. If you do so, Tashafy assumes no responsibility for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such downloads.
Tashafy is fully committed to protecting its intellectual property rights and will not hesitate to take all necessary legal actions to enforce and safeguard them.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, strictly as permitted under this Terms & Conditions and subject to all applicable intellectual property laws and additional terms and conditions (as defined below).
Any other use of the Platform is strictly prohibited. Nothing on the Platform and/or the Materials shall be construed as granting you any license or right to use any Materials (other than as explicitly permitted in these Terms & Conditions) or any third-party-owned content on the Platform without explicit written permission from Tashafy or the relevant third-party owner, as applicable.

Tashafy bears no liability for any changes to the Platform, suspension, or termination of your access to or use of the Platform.
You may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time by:
Closing your account
Uninstalling any mobile applications (if applicable)
Ceasing use of the Platform and its services
Upon termination of these Terms & Conditions for any reason:
Loss of Access Rights: Your rights to access and use the Platform immediately expire, and you must cease all use of the Platform and services.
Continuing Obligations: Provisions related to outstanding obligations under these Terms & Conditions shall remain in effect even after termination, including any liabilities incurred before or that naturally survive termination.
Tashafy reserves the right to take all legally available actions and seek all remedies provided by law and intellectual property rights in the event of a violation of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to:
Restrict or block your access to the Platform and/or services
Enforce such restrictions based on a specific account, device, or IP address, as deemed appropriate to protect Tashafy’s rights and interests
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms & Conditions or any of your rights under it, whether by law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
However, Tashafy may assign these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time to any entity without prior notice or consent from you. Any attempted assignment by you in violation of this provision shall be deemed null and void.
